Prior to becoming a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Franklin Heerasingh spent time on Wall Street working for a major brokerage house in addition to spending time in the law profession. It is in these fields that he gained the understanding that success is achieved by being attentive to details and prioritizing the needs of clients. Franklin has an accounting degree from Baruch College, and he is also certified as an IT Technician. Franklin became interested in New York City real estate while searching for his own family home. Thereafter, he ventured into the Property Management industry while managing his own small properties. Franklin believes that one’s home should be a sanctuary, and assisting clients in finding their ‘perfect abode’ is of universal significance. Franklin is committed to helping you find your own ‘sanctuary’, whether it’s your first home, an investment property, or a luxury apartment in the heart of NYC close to fine restaurants and theaters. Franklin is known for his calm demeanor, patience and integrity when working with clients. Franklin came to NYC as a child with his parents and now resides in Queens with his family. In his spare time, Franklin enjoys doing yoga and spending quality time with close friends and family.
