More About Me
Marianne Camille Spraggins is an attorney and recovering investment banker with extensive experience working at major Wall Street firms with institutional and HNW investors. A native New Yorker, she is a serial renovator, wellness advocate, political junkie and fashionista.
She loves nothing more than helping her clients find value. Looking for your dream home? She’ll pinpoint exactly what that means for you and leave no stone unturned in finding it. Feel priced out of the market? She’d love to work with you on finding a fixer upper and then she’ll help pull together all the pieces you’ll need to create your dream home. Or perhaps you ‘re an investor. She’ll scour the market for properties that meet your investment goals and use her Wall Street “savvy” to negotiate the best deal for you. She loves real estate, she loves New York and she loves making people happy. What else need be said?
Ms. Spraggins is a former director of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation ( S.I.P.C.), where she was appointed by President Bill Clinton and confirmed by the U.S. Senate to the agency that protects investors in the event of broker/dealer failure.
She formerly served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Democratic National Committee, co-chair of its Credentials Committee and as a super delegate to several Democratic National Conventions.
A native New Yorker, Ms. Spraggins received an LL.M. in International Law from Harvard Law School, a J.D. from the New York Law School and a B.A. in English Literature from Boston University. She is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and is a member of the federal bar in the Southern District of New York.
