Ava earned her master’s degree at Columbia University, and worked as a Business Analyst at ADP for six years, designing software for their corporate banking clients. After having a second child, Ava took time-off to raise her family. When her children began public school, she joined the PTA as a volunteer, baking dozens of cupcakes and writing grants. The cupcakes are now ancient history, but Ava won over $10,000+ in grant awards for PS 183, MS 77 and MS 114 – funds that purchased high-tech microscopes, new lab tables and art supplies.
Ava brings her proactive work-style to Manhattan’s real estate arena. Clients find that her input gives them an edge when exploring the city’s prevalent landscape. Ava offers real-time perspective of the city’s school system, specifically its Special Education programs as well as the Gifted and Talented track. For those investors or families seeking to make their next transaction a primary residence, Ava maintains that the quality-of-life aspects, which sustain a child’s well-being — like a good neighborhood school and park, should be factored-in. With this in mind, Ava takes a hands-on approach with her buyers, generating customized searches based on their preferences, down to the final submission of their board package. Likewise, Ava will proactively liaise with her sellers to properly price, stage, market and close on their property. Rest assured, Ava’s clients get top priority.
Ava lives on the Upper East Side with her husband and two teenagers. Her hobbies include books, swimming, piano and cupcakes. Ava currently volunteers as a grant writer for the Summit School and Baruch High School.
