Real estate is the most expensive investment people make in their life. Laura wants to be there to help buyers make that decision. She keeps her clients interest first and foremost as if it were her own purchase.
Laura’s entry into the real estate industry began 15 years ago. She was inspired by her own experiences when purchasing her homes to evolve the buying process. She was tired of agents not listening to her checklist of items. She was not confident that agents were negotiating on her behalf. She was unhappy with the agent’s lack of patience. She was surprised to find that she was doing all the legwork but the agents were getting paid for her efforts. With these frustrations in mind and her four core values of persistence, fairness, generosity, and honesty, Laura dedicates herself to helping buyers get the home they want in today’s competitive New York City market.
